To be responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the Front Office and Food & Beverage section at the assigned property including the areas of Customer Service, and Residents’ Lounge, Security. To always ensure maximum guest satisfaction is obtained, Gold Standards are being followed and that all financial goals are reached and that maximum profitability is achieved for our owners.
